Here is what a typical day might entail:

  • Take part in developing overall and digital strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Listen, analyze and understand clients’ business issues and challenges and provide strategic responses adapted to their needs.
  • Guide and encourage digital development based on the two main axes “quality and profitability”.
  • Measure, analyze and adjust efforts according to clients’ objectives.
  • Automate email marketing.
  • Develop and implement a relational strategy, in compliance with Bill C-28.
  • Manage, deploy and optimize content marketing strategies, including sponsorship and influencer marketing.
  • Prepare content for campaigns and newsletters.
  • Create digital marketing activity calendars and set performance targets.

  • Participate actively in prior brainstorming on strategy development.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team and other agency departments.
  • Manage digital campaigns on email, web and social media platforms.

  • Manage project completion, from breifing (expression of needs) to delivery, including needs analysis, functional and acceptance testing stages;
  • Make sure that timetables and deadlines are met;
