Junior Account Manager

AGENCY&CO

As an Account Manager, you’ll work in the consulting group, under the supervision of the Strategic Coaching Director or Account Manager. You’ll create, produce, strive for greatness, learn and grow, and perform with the best.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Coordinating project launches, from client briefing to delivery for TV, print, events, point-of-sale advertising, promotions, direct marketing, websites, or other digital tools
  • Determining the resources required to develop and implement projects
  • Establishing relationships of trust with clients and liaising with them on a daily basis
  • Supervising team members working on the different client requests
  • Writing briefs on various aspects of campaigns and presenting them to specific teams
  • Maintaining the strategic line of campaigns across various related projects
  • Following up on campaigns internally with various related departments
  • Ensuring that routing documents meet deadlines and technical specifications
  • Respecting budgetary and time constraints while providing tight quality control (monthly status, budget control, and profitability)
  • Carrying out final quality inspections

You are:

You definitely have:

  • Five years’ experience in agency account management
  • A university degree in marketing and communications
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of multi-platform environments: print, digital, electronic, and event
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and very good knowledge of Excel)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite

Digital Performance and Optimization Analyst

The &CO model is based on three pillars: creativity, agility, and guidance. As Digital Performance and Optimization Analyst, you’ll work under the supervision of the Senior Director of Strategy and Media.  

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Programming, analyzing, and optimizing SEM campaigns for the agency’s various clients (including SEO, SEA, and SMO)
  • Gathering, integrating, analyzing, synthesizing, interpreting, and presenting data on the agency’s various accounts
  • Helping improve tools, performance indicators, and dashboards
  • Managing the performance histories of &CO’s clients and business segments
  • Helping our clients reach their marketing and business objectives
  • Managing the segmentation and modeling process
  • Keeping our marketing database safe
  • Getting dashboards up and running
  • Analyzing competitor trends
  • Educating your colleagues to ensure that best practices are implemented
  • Presenting the results of your analyses to clients
  • Devising appropriate responses to marketing forecasts

You are:

You definitely have:

  • Excellent command of Excel
  • In depth knowledge of the Google suite plus certification (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google)
  • Excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft Office) and web searches
  • Very good understanding of statistical modeling techniques
  • Good understanding of brand strategy
  • Financial and forecasting skills
  • Understanding of and ability to use various methods for calculating value
  • Very good general knowledge of marketing
  • Good knowledge of file management tools
  • Ability to present research results and analyze data
  • Good knowledge of process improvement techniques
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
