AGENCY&CO

The &CO model is built on three pillars: creativity, agility and guidance. As a digital studio technology manager, you will work under the supervision of the vice president. You will lead, in collaboration with the project management team, all the digital activities related to one or more business units. These projects are a key component of strategic campaigns.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Defining business needs;
  • Analyzing and developing proposed business processes (mapping);
  • Developing technological solutions based on business needs;
  • Translating business requirements, operational and functional requirements to the development and integration teams;
  • Taking an active role in quality assurance audits;
  • Solving Web and data structure challenges;
  • Performing a constant CMS and technological watch;
  • Monitoring technology changes and best practices related to Web architecture;
  • Providing solutions to database architecture issues;
  • Providing business intelligence expertise;
  • Engaging in change management initiatives;
  • Assisting project managers in the evaluation, quotations and planning of projects;
  • Leveraging the latest trends and supporting the Project Office choosing and setting up management tools.

You are:

You definitely have:

  • A university degree (BAC) in technology administration, computer science, business administration or other relevant field of study
  • PMP and/or PMI-ACP certifications offered by PMI would be an asset;
  • Intimate knowledge of Web development;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of pertinent experience in digital project management;
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience overseeing a project management team;
  • Significant key achievements relevant to the challenges of the position;
  • Expertise and knowledge of different project management methodologies as well as different project management tools;
  • Proven experience with major ecommerce or CRM projects;
  • Relevant experience in process improvement and promotion of innovative ideas.

Digital Project Manager

Digital Performance and Optimization Analyst

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Programming, analyzing, and optimizing SEM campaigns for the agency’s various clients (including SEO, SEA, and SMO)
  • Gathering, integrating, analyzing, synthesizing, interpreting, and presenting data on the agency’s various accounts
  • Helping improve tools, performance indicators, and dashboards
  • Managing the performance histories of &CO’s clients and business segments
  • Helping our clients reach their marketing and business objectives
  • Managing the segmentation and modeling process
  • Keeping our marketing database safe
  • Getting dashboards up and running

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, so you’ll need to be versatile and always ready to learn new things. You’ll also be assigned various projects with all the agency’s departments to support your coworkers.  

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Welcoming clients and providing fantastic customer service, representing and upholding the agency’s image with clients and suppliers
  • Answering and directing phone calls promptly and taking messages when required
  • Handing out office mail and writing internal emails
  • Scheduling meeting rooms and making sure they’re clean and functional and that screens, Apple TV and other equipment are in working order
  • Organizing and updating employee records professionally and confidentially (including evaluations)
