THE JOB
The &CO model is based on three pillars: creativity, agility and guidance. As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll work in the digital studio, reporting directly to the Digital Studio Manager. You’ll be responsible for various projects, working closely with the accounts team. You will support the client by suggesting approaches and solutions that meet their needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Ensure client needs and goals are met;
– Produce feasible, accurate budgets;
– Track budgets and profitability of projects with the internal team.;
– Collaborate directly with the strategy, creative and technology development teams to deliver work to the highest standards;
– Manage priorities according to clients’ goals and needs;
– Handle quality control of deliverables;
– Ensure all mandates are successfully executed.

MUST HAVE:
– At least 4 years of experience in a similar position;
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other related field;
– Solid knowledge of the digital world in general;
– Experience with the agile/scrum method;
– Experience in e-commerce solutions;
– Knowledge of best editorial practices for websites and web/mobile apps;

THE JOB
The &CO model is based on three pillars: creativity, agility and guidance. As a Copywriter, you will report to the Creative Director and create copy for a variety of clients in constant collaboration with art directors, strategists and account team members. Your concepts will be pertinent, high-quality and on brief. You will also produce long copy if needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Create and produce high-quality ad campaigns: develop copy, headlines, signatures or other editorial elements; do production follow-up (sound and video).
– Lead brainstorming sessions.
– Understand campaign strategic thinking and communication objectives.
– Write content and creative arguments in sync with the client’s initial brief.
– Create and present the creative framework for multi-platform campaigns and ensure guidelines are followed.
– Present creative to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
– Work in synergy with art directors, strategists and the account team.
– Ensuring tone and consistency of messaging across platforms.
– Proofread documents.
– Monitor and research latest in the creative world and relevant sectors.

MUST HAVE:
– University degree in creative or marketing communications
– Minimum 4 years of experience as a copywriter at an agency
– Fully fluent in French and excellent oral communication skills
– Experience and knowledge of digital and social media
– Strong conceptual portfolio, showcasing creative projects and campaign experience
– Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
– Solid knowledge of advertising and industry trends
– Varied copywriting experience: video, web, print, etc.

THE JOB

THE JOB

As the Digital Business Analyst, you’ll report directly to the Digital Studio Manager and serve as the cornerstone of various projects, translating client requirements into functional and technical requirements for the production team. You will support the client and the design team by proposing approaches and solutions that respect the technical feasibility of internal tools/platforms. You will also work on the agency’s internal solutions in order to constantly improve and evolve them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Gather all client functional and application requirements;
– Document user stories based on the scrum/agile approach using the Jira platform;
– Ensure that the functional requirements documented in JIRA are always in line with client needs and approved scope of work;
– Write and document projects’ functional specifications (primarily in Confluence and Jira);
– Ensure UX, UI, developers and QA specialists understand project requirements.
– Develop and map functional flows;
– Actively participate in various internal scrums/agile meetings;
– Present/lead working sessions with clients (analysis presentations, training, demos, etc.).

MUST HAVE:
– 4 years of experience in a similar or PO position;
– Good organizational and planning skills;
– Solid command of the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) or other related software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Monitor and conduct insightful research for the mandate in question in order to analyze trends and propose innovative approaches.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions with the various specialized teams according to mandates.
– Prepare, produce and present integrated marketing strategies to clients.

– Build up and produce creative ad and design concepts under the direction of the creative team.
– Modify and adapt mock-ups according to established standards.
– Design various pieces such as posts, flyers, banners, promotional documents, etc., using InDesign.

The quality of your concepts is critical; they must fully align with the brief and be executed to the highest standards.

– Develop creative concepts and ensure strong direction on 360 ad campaigns: mock-up designs, both for print and digital media, mood boards, typographic research, production follow-up (photo, video).
– Work in synergy with copywriters, strategists and client services.
