SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

THE POSITION:
The &CO model is based on three pillars: creativity, agility and guidance. These pillars are integral to all fields of expertise at the agency. Reporting to the Consulting Director, the successful candidate will ensure the development and execution of numerous advertising and promotional projects in collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and manage a large number of advertising mandates (360) in collaboration with the Consulting Director;
  • Ensure the tight management of key project elements (schedules, briefing, mock-ups, copy, corrections, budget, billing, production, etc.).
  • Manage all print, electronic, digital and promotional production related to agency mandates.
  • Ensure quality at all stages of project execution.
  • Participate in the analysis of advertising challenges and development of recommendations with the Account Director and strategic planners.
  • Establish a trusting and collaborative relationship with both clients and colleagues.

MUST HAVE:
  • Good organization skills and rigorous with time and priority management;
  • Collaborative spirit and strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills while working on a multidisciplinary team;
  • Demonstrate leadership while rolling up your sleeves;
  • Proactive, curious and big picture thinker who can pinpoint opportunities;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a sometimes stressful environment;
  • Ability to present agency recommendations and POVs;
  • A dynamic and motivated personality and ability to smoothly integrate into the agency’s multi-project environment;
  • Effortlessly handle all the ins and outs of digital projects;
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and French;
  • Good grasp of multiplatform environments: digital, print, electronic and experiential;
  • Knowledge of Apple and Microsoft Office suites.

Qualifications

REQUIRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 07 years of experience in this or a similar position, including 03 years at an agency.
  • Bachelor's in communications, marketing or a related discipline.

DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER

THE POSITION:

As Digital Project Manager, you will work in the digital studio under the supervision of the Digital Studio Director. You will act as the interface between the web team and the agency’s different experts.  You will support the team and oversee digital project delivery while ensuring technical standards, timelines and budgets are respected. 
 

Tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage project execution from the brief to delivery including the needs analysis and functional and acceptance testing stages
  • Configure the projects in the project management software
  • Ensure that project timelines and deadlines are respected
  • Meet with clients, plan projects and monitor progress throughout the process
  • Ensure excellent product quality before product delivery
  • Identify and organize the required resources involved in each project (developer, integrators, programmer, etc.)
  • Manage the client relationship and relationship with external stakeholders (business partners, subcontractors, etc.) for each project
  • Collaborate with UX and UI specialists, strategists, developers, integrators and account directors.

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:
  • Knowledge of web standards and techniques (UX/UI, SEO, accessibility, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Experience with a CMS (Contentful, Strapi, WordPress)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, Figma
  • Strong organizational skills and good ability to prioritize
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze and understand client needs
  • Ability to work with a web development team (marketing, integrator, programmer) and effectively manage digital projects
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to manage teams well, knowledge of technological culture and curiosity about learning web standards and techniques
  • UX knowledge and interest in digital marketing 
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written)
GOOD TO HAVE:
  • Basic knowledge of web development and database schemas
REQUIRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience at an agency in a digital project coordination and management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, information technology, information systems or any other related discipline
